To train men and women to form village, block and state level organization, which through a process of action reflection can accelerate the integral development of their respective village.
To train village youth to facilitate non-formal education for children so that these citizens of tomorrow may become builders of their villages & creators of their own culture and history.
To maintain employment generation schemes to women such as tailoring training and production schemes and other training programs and production units.
To encourage and initiate collective activities such as village funds plantation and cottage industries so as to develop strength and sustain new rural economic order that will meet the credit and other economic needs of the people.
To motivate the people to protect nature & environment so that they will contribute their share in building up the world which is maintained as the life giving home for all the people of today and tomorrow.
To impart Social-legal education and assistance to the target target population so that they will be able to understand their rights and duties and to participate in the democratic institutions effectively and critically.
To support the efforts of the village communities in creating physical structures, which are necessary for meeting the basic needs of the people, such as wells, ponds, schools link roads, community halls, hygienic homes and surroundings etc.,
To render all possible assistance to people in collaboration with the Government and voluntary organization in times of disaster like cyclone, flood, fire, drought epidemics etc.,
To organize and facilitate educational activities like work shops, seminars, work camps, field exposure, cultural festivals and programs to enable the people to be aware of their problems as well as their potentialities to solve them in an integrated and coordinated manner.
To initiate community health among the people so that they will be aware of the manifold health hazards and their own potentialities to take appropriate, preventive, and curative health activities and thus to evolve a health care system which is effective, affordable available and acceptable to the people.
To Execute relevant development activities in the target area.
To establish and maintain orphanages and old age homes and to take such relief measures as are necessary to help children in need.
To manage or to assist in managing institutions for self-employment oriented training in Handicraft, Home Science and other job oriented subjects to the students, especially the poor and destitute to enable them to settle themselves in life.
To organize Medical check-up camps in Schools, Slum areas and in interior villages and conducting special programs in order to educate the people regarding health & hygiene, hazard of AIDS and other contagious diseases like leprosy, cancer & to give hospitality to handicapped & HIV affected people.
To establish and maintain Clinics, Dispensaries & Hospitals in rural based areas and to provide medical assistance to the poor.
To organize Teaching and Training various Courses, Conferences, Seminars, Lectures, Awareness Programs, Debates, Elections, Contests, Dramas, Music and other activities for the development of mental, cultural & physical abilities.
To innate potentialities which are the major chunk for the on-going of this society make use of their own for the society at large organizing different modes of education seminars workshops at ground level.
To infuse self-confidence in the people be explaining that the human resources on this earth by enabling them to identify the greatness of manpower; by disclosing different sources of employment and the right claiming appropriate remuneration for the services rendered.
